Use the larger cutter (+5 mm) to create sablé or crunchy bases that extend slightly beyond the Nutcracker, adding a crisp texture and a clean finishing border.

The smaller cutter (−5 mm) is ideal for cutting layers to fit the Nutcracker Insert Mold or for creating a base layer to close your dessert in the Nutcracker Silicone Mold.

Together, they help you achieve consistent shapes, balanced layers and a refined presentation.
